Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website, third-party platforms such as Yelp, or by calling us directly. By making a reservation, you agree to the following:
- You will arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time. Late arrivals may result in cancellation of your reservation.
- You will provide accurate contact information so we can reach you regarding your reservation.
- Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance to allow other guests the opportunity to reserve.
- We reserve the right to hold reservations for a limited time and release tables for walk-in guests after the grace period.
Dining Policies
To ensure a premium dining experience for all guests, Wagyu Grill maintains the following policies:
- Time limit: All-you-can-eat dining sessions are limited to 90 minutes per party to ensure availability for all guests.
- Order limit: Each guest may place a maximum of 10 orders per dining session to minimize waste and ensure food quality.
- Leftover charges: To reduce food waste, a charge will be applied for uneaten food left on the table. Please order only what you can consume.
- No outside food or beverages: Guests may not bring outside food or drinks into the restaurant. Exceptions may be made for infant food or medically necessary items with prior approval.
- Large party gratuity: An automatic 18% gratuity will be added to the bill for parties of 6 or more guests.
